How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thelastchapterbookbox.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s or in your complex's mailbox/mailroom.

If after 5 days you still don't have it. get in touch with us at support@thelastchapterbookbox.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order once it has been sent back to us, but shipping will be at your own cost.
